so today at lunch I was sitting with my friends and there was an open seat next to me, and this special needs kid sits next to me in the open seat and yeah whatever not a big deal but then he started like hugging me and it was really uncomfortable and I had no idea what to do. and I’m terrible in situations like this and really shy anyways so I like didn’t know what to say and I must’ve looked really panicked bc my friend looked at me and was like “are you okay?” and I just nodded and I eventually like nudged him off gently but he started hugging me again and ugh i’m sorry it was just so uncomfortable. i pushed him away again and my friends were like “hey, we should go outside!” so I was immediately like “YES.” and I didn’t mean to be like “get me out of here!!” but ugh idk but then I felt really bad bc we just left him there alone and ughh :(
